A number of different definitions exist around diversity and we are interested in finding out your organisation’s understanding. We want to learn more about how different organisations are tackling issues of diversity and equality and explore leadership in this area.
Here at Roffey Park Institute we specialise in researching organisational practice and thinking and would greatly appreciate it if you would share your views and experiences with us.
It will take between 10-15 minutes to complete the survey and all participants will receive a free electronic summary of the research findings available later this year.
This survey consists of three different sections:
The majority of questions in the survey are closed and offer tick box options; you might be asked to select an option from a rating scale or to tick as many options as apply. There are also five open questions where we invite you to make more in-depth comments.
When you have completed a screen and selected NEXT PAGE we will have captured the data and you will not be able to return to the previous screen using the back button. There are three sections to be completed in total.
The last section of the survey asks for demographic information. This is important for our analysis so please make every effort to fill this in. However all the answers you give will be totally confidential and will be collated with other completed surveys to provide a summary paper available later this year.
